Self love is easier said than done. Self love is an act of awareness of yourself, who you are, your values, it's honoring yourself and your self worth. In this episode Brooke Watt and I have an in depth conversation about what is self love, the journey to self love and what the difference is between self love, self care and being selfish. One of the many things I admire about Brooke is that her actions show that she honors herself and loves herself. It is not an easy journey to get to a place of self love, wiping the slate clean and discovering who you really are. Join us as we also discuss steps to take towards self love.

Brooke December-Watt was born in Evanston, Illinois, grew up in California and Seattle, and have lived in New York and Hong Kong. She is currently the Senior Director of Global Merchandising for Men’s Apparel and Accessories at VansVF with 15 years of experience shaping brand, product, and people for global organizations such as Marc Jacobs International, AG Jeans, Centric Brands, and most recently Vans a VF company.

She has been recognized for driving brand visibility, innovation and growth on a global scale.
